I love this song...
And over the cobbles he clattered and clashed in the dark inn yard.
And he tapped with his whip on the shutters,
But all was locked and barred.
He whistled a tune to the window
And who should be waiting there
But the landlord's black-eyed daughter.
Bess, the landlord's daughter
Plaiting a dark red love-knot into her long black hair.
"One kiss my bonny sweetheart, I'm after a prize tonight,
But I shall be back with the yellow gold before the morning light;
If they press me sharply,
And harry me through the day,
Then look for me by the moonlight,
Watch for me be the moonlight,
I'll come to thee by the moonlight, though hell should bar the way."
- Loreena McKenna, "The Highwayman"
* "Do you have a sledgehammer or a brick handy?"
* "That's right, not even McGyver could fix it."
* "So -- what are you wearing?"
* "Duuuuuude! Bummer!"
* "Looks like you're gonna need some new dilithium crystals, Cap'n."
* "Press 1 for Support. Press 2 if you're with 60 Minutes. Press 3 if you're with the FTC."
* "We can fix this, but you're gonna need a butter knife, a roll of duct tape, and a car battery."
* "In layman's terms, we call that the Hindenburg Effect."
* "Hold on a second... Mom! Timmy's hitting me!"

Q: How many software engineers does it take to screw in a light bulb?
A: Sorry, that's a hardware question.
I'm slapping these bad boys up here finally. It's all way overdue, I know. July was an awesome month. I got to hang out with a bunch of my Vox friends. First Hannah came to town, so Kelly and Jenny came down for dinner. Gary made his delicious steaks.
Notice we are all smiling. That's because we knew we were going to beat the guys at Pictionary. Then Kelly and Jenny abandoned us, something about work in the morning and having to get a kid to bed. Seriously, don't people have priorities. The guys took the lead shortly after they left. We even let Mr. Bill cut the steak for us! Hannah may have dominated at SingStar, but Libby wins for best dance moves! Then Steve Betz and The Beloved came through town on a family trip. We met up at a local restaurant and gabbed the afternoon away....
