QotD: One Lump or Two?

How do you take your tea or coffee?

I'm typically a tea drinker.

Sooo many ways!
I used to work for Starbucks, so I have about a zillion different ways to "spice up" coffee.

Normally, I drink tea in the mornings. I have cut back on caffeine so I tend to stick to herbal teas, although I love Green Tea.

Tazo Passion Tea

There is a herbal tea made by Tazo called Passion Fruit tea. I warm up half a cup of cranberry juice and then seep a tea bag of Tazo's Passion Tea in the hot juice and then I add nearly boiling water. It's very tart, but I like it! It has antioxidants and is very good for the urinary tract. It's also delicious with an orange.

I make myself a cup of coffee every Saturday, as a treat to myself. I used to be a coffee addict. I used to drink it every day, sometimes three times a day. Then I started having panic attacks and hyper-tension! So, the daily coffee splurges had to go.

One of my favorites!

What I do with my coffee is I heat up half a cup of whole milk and then I add coffee with about 2 cubes of sugar. Sometimes I'll add vanilla syrup, but not usually. I can't drink coffee black. I mean, I could, if I had to,  but I'd rather not.

I also love English breakfast, or Earl Grey tea with hot milk and just about all of the Celestial Seasoning's teas. Also Tazo's Passion Tea is very good iced too! You may know it from Starbucks as a Passion Tea Lemonade.
